The raw material for disposable coffee paper cups is made from high-quality food-grade PE-coated paper, 100% wood pulp, which can come into direct contact with food. This material is environmentally friendly and typically ranges from 150 to 320 gsm.
It can be coated with single-layer or double-layer PE, with the cup lid usually requiring double-layer PE coating, while regular cups need a single-layer OE coating. Our die-cutting machine uses advanced cutting technology to automatically cut according to customer size drawings, ensuring the accuracy of the cup lid dimensions.
We use flexographic printing and offset printing, capable of printing 1 to 6 colors with high-definition ink, offering high color saturation. Customization is available, including printing customer patterns and logos.
